Returns and Exchanges
Customers have the right to return their goods ordered from TODDIS within 7 days of the shipping date.
1. Customer should send an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying order No., name of the returned product/products and the method of refund, IBAN if needed;
2. Customer should send the product/products to TODDIS at: 1510 Sofia, 28 Doncho Vatah St., tel. +359 887 652463.
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.
Failing these conditions, our Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods, and thus not recover the amount paid by the Customer.
Customers are entitled to receive only the value of returned goods, such as they were at the request and their purchase.
Complaint about goods must be claimed as soon as any defect is discovered. The claim must be accompanied by: invoice (if previously issued by customer’s request), receipt, delivery note and delivery document. The Company has no obligation to satisfy claims which do not contain some of the documents.
Courier costs for obtaining and returning a product/products are borne by the customer.
Our company will reimburse the amount paid as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods back. Refund of money will be done by bank transfer to the customer’s bank account (IBAN).
All costs customer makes to obtain or return goods, commissions of banks and other expenses beyond the amount of the value of the ordered items remain on his behalf.
