ORDER

You can place an order for TODDIS products after choosing the size and/or other characteristic of an artillery and adding it to your cart.

From your cart you can finalize your order by going to the “Order” section by clicking on the “Close order” button. There you need to enter the mandatory fields marked with ” * ” regarding delivery information.

Before completing your order, you must calculate the delivery price by clicking on the blue “Calculate delivery price” button. After entering correct delivery data (personal address, ECONT office), the delivery price is automatically calculated based on the number of items in your cart. TODDIS is not responsible for incorrect data entered by the User, which may lead to additional costs under orders for change of delivery address (costs are at the expense of the User/recipient).

PAYMENT

The online store TODDIS.EU allows its customers to choose between three payment methods – cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon receipt of the goods), through EcontPay (online payment system with debit or credit cards of Econt) or by bank transfer to the company’s account:

1. Cash on delivery

In the “Order” section, the User selects the option of payment by cash on delivery. Pays the specified amount to an address specified by him/her upon delivery by courier. The buyer must pay the price of the ordered items and the delivery price, and here a commission for cash on delivery is automatically charged based on % of the order value.

2. EcontPay

When choosing this payment method, the User will be transferred to the online payment system with an ECONT card. Only after you make the payment with your card, your order will be registered with us.
The amount of your card is paid directly to Econt, and upon receipt of your order, the latter transfer the corresponding amount to TODIS. If you decide not to pick up some of the products from your order, ECONT will refund the amount for the respective product back to your card with which you made the payment.

3. Direct Bank Transfer

Make the payment to our bank account. In the “Order” section, the User selects the option to pay by direct bank transfer. Please use the unique identification number of the order – ID/No, as a reason for payment. Your order will be sent after payment has been received to our bank account.

When paying by Cash on Delivery, the buyer hands over to the courier an amount equal to the total amount due, which is noted in the handover coupon (certifying the delivery of the goods from the courier to the customer), which serves as a receipt. Smart Todis Ltd. has concluded an agreement with ECONT for Online Sales with Cash on Delivery without a cash register (which means that the Client receives a receipt for the received products directly from Econt). By signing the handover coupon, the customer authorizes the courier to transmit on his behalf and at his expense to TODDIS the amount representing the sale price of the delivered order.

The payment under items 1 and 3 shall be made in Bulgarian leva. The payment under item 2 is made in euros, and the system of the online store automatically converts the value from BGN to EUR.

DELIVERY

The delivery of goods ordered through the online store is carried out by the courier company Econt Express to a personal address or office of ECONT specified by the buyer, and the cost of delivery is calculated automatically upon completion of the order, and the Client uses the discounts of Smart Todis Ltd. for delivery with Econt. Deliveries are made in the period from 1 to 7 working days.

We also deliver internationally with Bulgarian Posts. Upon delivery, the recipient signs a receipt for acceptance and delivery, which certifies the exact execution of the order.

In exceptional circumstances, TODDIS reserves the right to extend the delivery time by informing the user in good time.

In case of delay of more than 7 days on the part of the client to receive and pay for his already placed order for an ECONT office, it is automatically returned to the sender – Smart Todis Ltd. The company is obliged to pay for the delivery of the unaccepted order and accordingly it will be charged again to the customer in a subsequent order.
