Return / Claim Conditions
In case you have made a mistake in choosing the exact size, you have received the wrong item or one with a defect, please follow the steps below:
IMPORTANT: We do not perform a direct replacement of the wrong size! Instead, follow the return steps below to send back to us the wrong items and refund your bank account. To get your exact size you will need to place a NEW order!
On the basis of Art. 55, para. 1 of the CPA, a customer has the right to return the goods ordered by toddis.eu within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product. In order for the returned item to be accepted, it is necessary:
1. MUST fill out the return form below;
2. You will receive a response to the email you specified in the return form with a ready-made waybill to return the products to us.
- The transport costs for the return of the products are at the expense of the customer, who uses the entire current discount of Smart Todis Ltd. to Econt.
- You can return the shipment from any ECONT office.
- When returning an erroneously shipped or defective product, the transport costs are at the expense of TODDIS
When returning or claiming goods, the user must send the goods to the address: Sofia, ECONT Simeonovo office, for Smart Todis Ltd., tel. 0876 741 377. Returned shipments to another address will not be served!
3. Checking the condition of the goods:
- The goods must be of unimpaired trade;
- Be Unused, Clean, Odor-Free and Labeled;
- Goods must be carefully packed and secured from damage during transport.
We should receive the product with its original labels, without indications that the goods have been used by the customer, without being damaged or treated in any way and in compliance with all other conditions of Article 55 of the CPA, together with the receipt, the receipt, the label of the product and its packaging in their entirety without traces of use, damage or treatment. In case an invoice has been issued, it is also necessary to return the invoice together with the product.
In case of non-fulfillment of these conditions, we at TODDIS reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and, accordingly, not to refund the amount paid by the User.
The customer has the right to receive only the value of the returned goods, as it was when ordering and purchasing it.
4. Send the shipment, duly packed, to the consignment note number you received (see item 2)
5. After we receive the returned products, we will refund you the amount paid within 5 (five) working days. The refund is made by bank transfer, to a bank account specified by the client (IBAN) in the form below. TODDIS is not responsible for the wrong IBAN of the User.
